At Six&one, we believe in the power of quality and "Persistent Intelligence". If a product doesn't meet your expectations or align with your needs, we are here to make it right with a fair and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following "Cognitive Consistency" standards:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and "Digital Twin" documentation intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.

2. Return Timeframe

  • We offer a 7-10 days return window from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after this "Temporal Boundary" will unfortunately not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, it undergoes a "Cognitive Depth Estimation" to verify its condition.
  • Approval: We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the inspection.
  • Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [4-5 days business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product with a "Momentary Pressure Gap" (damage or defect), please contact us immediately at shivyo2448c@gmail.com.
  • We prioritize these cases for Skill-to-Role Alignment, offering an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchange Options

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size/color of the same product.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to safety or "Skill Boundary" reasons:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products or digital artifacts.
  • Personalized or custom-made items specifically created for your "Digital Twin" profile.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Exception: If the return is due to our error (defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs as part of our Money Back Guarantee.
